Just wanted to say a huge thank you for Lauren's birthday cake, which was a huge success. Lauren thought that is was so gorgeous she didn't want to cut it, but eventually she gave in. All of the girls picked out their favourite butterfly, dragon or fairy and it became the talk of school. It was so lovely to have something completely original, made solely for her and it made her feel like a little princess. Ordinarily birthday cakes tend to go uneaten in my house, but the sponge was so light everyone kept heading back for more.
As it's her First Holy Communion this year, and the rest of her class mates, I would not be at all surprised if you found yourself inundated with requests.
